What are the delivery charges?

lilpicks.com provides Free Delivery for all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 999/-. Otherwise Rs.60/- is charged towards shipping charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 5-7 days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days, there are a few items that may be delivered in 7-10 days. For items with size options, please select the required size and the current delivery estimate will be displayed below availability message.

How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Dotzot, Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex, Firstflight, Aramax etc.

How do I track my shipment?

lilpicks.com uses only reputed couriers. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking.

RETURN POLICY & REFUND POLICY

1. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

2. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

3. The product amount will be credited back to his/her lilpicks.com wallet Or Bank , once we have received the products and quality check is done.

4. Refund of shipping charge is not applicable .

5. To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the "My Orders" section of your Lilpicks Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pincodes.

6. In Case of Product size problem, replacement and wallet refund proccess is applicable, only on product damage condition bank refund will be paid in 10-12 days.

7. If you choose to self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

8. Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the store credit we give you in beautified wallet to place the order for the new product .

9. In case of Quality issue of product, Replacement and refund are Possible, but refund will be given only on beautified.in wallet.

10. Cancellations – will be accepted if the order has not been shipped from our end. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days.
